Every SA&Co project is backed by a warranty that goes far beyond what any contractor is required to offer — because we believe the work should speak for itself long after we leave your home.
We offer two warranty levels. Our standard 3-Year Limited Warranty — already three times the industry norm — covers all qualifying projects. Our flagship 20-Year Workmanship Warranty is available on projects that meet our quality thresholds.
20-Year Workmanship Warranty
Three phases of protection that cover your home from finish trim to foundation.
Comprehensive Coverage
Every element of workmanship is covered — from structural framing and mechanical systems to cabinetry installation, tile work, paint finishes, and trim carpentry. If we built it, it's warranted.
Major Systems
Coverage continues for plumbing supply and waste, electrical wiring and panels, HVAC equipment and ductwork, and waterproofing and moisture management.
Structural
Foundation, structural framing, load-bearing walls, roof structure, and any structural modifications made during your project.
What Makes This Possible
Vetted Trade Partners. Every subcontractor in our network is handpicked, insured, and held to SA&Co quality standards. We've spent years building these relationships.
Material Control. We specify and source materials that meet our durability standards. The 20-year warranty requires SA&Co-supplied fixtures and materials for a reason.
Documentation. Every project is thoroughly documented: detailed scopes, signed selections, daily logs, inspection records. If a question comes up in Year 12, we have the answers.
Bi-Annual Inspections. The 20-year warranty includes mandatory bi-annual inspections. We come back to your home every two years to look for issues before they become problems.
3-Year Limited Warranty
Not every project qualifies for the 20-year warranty — and that's fine. Our standard 3-Year Limited Warranty still covers three times what the industry requires. It's included with every SA&Co construction contract at no additional cost.
