A Different Approach

Samuel Adams & Company is based in Butler, Maryland — in the heart of Baltimore County's horse country. We build on large estate properties in Monkton, Hunt Valley, and Butler, and on distinguished homes in Roland Park, Guilford, Homeland, Ruxton, Towson, and the neighborhoods in between. We build for homeowners who care about their homes the way we care about building them: with attention to detail, respect for tradition, and a long-term perspective.

We coordinate every detail so you don't have to — and when the job calls for it, we can strap on a tool belt too.

We coordinate 15 to 20 specialized trade partners per project, each one vetted, insured, and held to our quality standards. You deal with one company, one point of contact, one warranty. We handle everything else.

This model lets us focus entirely on planning, managing, and inspecting — the work that determines whether your investment becomes the home you imagined or a story about change orders and delays.
