Earn money just by referring clients to Sam Adams & Co. Here’s how it works:

Step 1: Referral

  • Anyone can refer potential clients by providing their contact information to us.
  • Referrals must be new clients who haven’t previously contacted or engaged with Sam Adams & Co.
  • Referrers must provide accurate client information.

Step 2: Client & Project Evaluation

  • We evaluate each referral project’s eligibility for our program based on project requirements and budget.
  • The program excludes minor repairs, maintenance jobs, and projects under $50,000 or otherwise falling outside our high-end residential remodeling scope.
  • Upon project and client approval, the referrer will be notified.

Step 3: Project Completion & Payout

  • Job Completion: Successful completion with project results meeting initial requirements.
  • Client Approval: The client approves of the final project and the final payment from the client is received.
  • Bonus Payout: Referrers receive a bonus payout for each referred job based on the total project profit.

This program rewards individuals or businesses who refer clients to our high-end residential remodeling services. Referrers earn bonus payouts based on the total profit generated from successfully completed referred jobs that meet the program’s criteria.

  • Total Profit: $8,000
  • Bonus Payout Level: 6% bonus payout for profits up to $10,000
  • Calculation: $8,000 % .06 = $480
  • Result: The referrer receives a $480 bonus payout for the successfully completed kitchen remodel.

Example 2: Bathroom Renovation with $15k Profit

  • Total Profit: $15,000
  • Bonus Payout Level: 7% bonus payout for profits between $10,001 and $20,000
  • Calculation: $15,000 % .07 = $1,050
  • Result: The referrer receives a $1,050 bonus payout for the successfully completed bathroom remodel.

Example 3: Home Addition with $25k Profit

  • Total Profit: $25,000
  • Bonus Payout Level: 8% bonus payout for profits exceeding $20,000
  • Calculation: $25,000 % .08 = $2,000
  • Result: The referrer receives a $2,000 bonus payout for the successfully completed home addition.

PAYMENT PROCESS

  • Bonus payouts are calculated within seven business days of successful project completion and final payment.
  • The referrer will be notified.
  • Payment is issued within 14 business days of successful project completion and final payment.
  • Payout is issued via the referrer’s preferred method (determined at payout time).

BONUS PAYOUT CRITERIA

  • Total Profit Threshold: Minimum profit of $5,000
  • Job Completion: Successful completion with project results meeting initial requirements.
  • Client Approval: The client approves of the final project and the final payment from the client is received
  • Documentation: Submission of all required referral documents.
  • Program Guidelines: Adherence to program guidelines, including client eligibility.
  • Ethical Standards: Compliance with ethical standards aligned with company’s values
  • Maximum referral payout capped at $5,000

INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR AGREEMENT

Depending on your business structure, referrers may be classified as independent contractors and require an agreement outlining terms and conditions.


DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising from the program will be resolved through good-faith negotiations and escalation if necessary. Mediation may be utilized as a final step.
