Monkton Home Renovations
Monkton is where Samuel Adams & Company does some of our most meaningful work — and it's the community closest to our home base in Butler. The area's rolling farmland, horse properties, and historic homes represent exactly the kind of architecture we love to build: homes with character, craftsmanship, and a relationship to the land.
Our Monkton Farms project — a bespoke classical kitchen with two-tone inset cabinetry, walnut and painted finishes, unlacquered brass, and marble slab counters — is one of our signature projects and captures the level of detail we bring to every engagement in this community.
Monkton properties range from historic farmhouses that have been in families for generations to newer estate homes built in a traditional style. Common projects include kitchen renovations, primary suite transformations, whole-house updates, additions, and the restoration of historic structures. Many Monkton homes have unique features — exposed stone walls, original wide-plank floors, timber framing — that require a contractor who knows how to work with them, not against them.
